**SFS Enterprise LLC** is hiring for the position of **Accounts Assistant & Payment Follow-Up Executive**. This is a **full-time, office-based role** located in **Deira, Dubai**. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the basic qualifications. Preference will be given only to **walk-in applicants**.

**Minimum Requirements**

  • Must be **available in Dubai** for walk-in interviews
  • **Basic accounting knowledge**
  • **MS Office proficiency**
  • **Clear English communication**
  • **1 year of experience** preferred (not mandatory)
  • **Male and female** candidates eligible
  • Knowledge of **accounting software** (advantage but not required)

**Role Responsibilities**

**1. Accounts Assistance**

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, manage receipts
  • Maintain accurate financial records

**2. Payment Follow-Up**

  • Contact clients for payment reminders
  • Monitor due payments and update records
  • Report delays or non-payments to management

**3. Administrative Support**

  • Assist with general office tasks
  • Help with internal document handling
  • Support audit preparation when required
