**SFS Enterprise LLC** is hiring for the position of **Accounts Assistant & Payment Follow-Up Executive**. This is a **full-time, office-based role** located in **Deira, Dubai**. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the basic qualifications. Preference will be given only to **walk-in applicants**.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Must be **available in Dubai** for walk-in interviews
- **Basic accounting knowledge**
- **MS Office proficiency**
- **Clear English communication**
- **1 year of experience** preferred (not mandatory)
- **Male and female** candidates eligible
- Knowledge of **accounting software** (advantage but not required)

**Role Responsibilities**
**1. Accounts Assistance**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, track payments, manage receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records
**2. Payment Follow-Up**
- Contact clients for payment reminders
- Monitor due payments and update records
- Report delays or non-payments to management
**3. Administrative Support**
- Assist with general office tasks
- Help with internal document handling
- Support audit preparation when required
