A fast-growing, certified HSE training and consultancy firm in Dubai is conducting a **Business Development Executive** Interview to drive B2B sales and promote safety training services across the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role with walk-in interviews only — no online applications accepted.

Position: Business Development Executive
**Key Objective:** Promote and sell HSE training & consultancy services to corporate clients across UAE industries.
Requirements
**Education & Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or related field)
- Understanding of HSE, its importance, and regulatory needs
- Familiarity with training approvals and accreditations
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- UAE sales experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of UAE market trends in HSE
- UAE driving license (preferred)
**Personal Qualities**
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Professional, presentable, and proactive
- Able to work independently and within a team
Job Responsibilities
**Sales Development**
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients
- Pitch relevant HSE training packages and solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
**Client Management**
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct follow-ups and renewals
- Prepare accurate proposals and documentation
**Market Awareness**
- Monitor UAE safety training trends and regulations
- Recommend relevant services to meet client needs
- Report insights and feedback to the management
