Job Responsibilities
This is a detail-heavy, fast-paced job. You’re expected to know immigration procedures thoroughly and guide clients professionally through the entire process.
**Core Duties**
- Process visa, PR, and work permit applications
- Manage cases for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, Schengen
- Review and submit complete, accurate documents
- Track application status and ensure timely updates
- Assist clients with ECA and legal paperwork
**Application Handling**
- Full case file preparation and submission
- Manage timelines, rejections, resubmissions
- Ensure documentation meets country-specific requirements
**Program Knowledge**
- Understand Express Entry, PNPs, work/study permits
- Stay current on changes in immigration law
- Recommend pathways tailored to each client
**Documentation Compliance**
- Check for missing/incomplete information
- Ensure 100% compliance with legal and procedural standards
- Translate or arrange additional paperwork as needed
Required Experience
Applicants must demonstrate direct, relevant experience. This role is not entry-level.
**What You Must Have**
- 2–3 years of hands-on immigration case processing
- Familiarity with programs in Canada, Australia, UK, etc.
- Ability to independently manage full client cases
- Skilled in ECA processes (WES, IQAS, etc.)
- Strong communication and organization skills
