About the Role
This is a full-time, in-branch position combining mobile phone repairs and sales. You’ll take repair requests, fix devices on-site, and assist walk-in customers with phone purchases and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Repair Duties
- Receive repair requests and diagnose issues
- Replace screens, batteries, back covers, and other parts
- Install and update phone software
- Maintain repair logs and meet time commitments
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards
Sales Associate Duties
- Assist customers in choosing phones and accessories
- Provide product info and demonstrate features
- Close sales and process transactions
- Meet sales targets and handle inquiries
- Resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience repairing smartphones
- Knowledge of mobile hardware and software
- Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in mobile sales
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage both repair and sales responsibilities
- Familiarity with Android and iOS devices
