HFT Tourism LLC is urgently conducting Sales & Marketing Executive hiring in Deira, Dubai. Candidates **must have a valid Dubai work visa (minimum 6 months)**. This is a full-time, on-site role in the **travel and tourism sector**.
Dubai’s tourism industry is expanding fast, and HFT Tourism (High Fly Trip) is looking for **experienced or entry-level sales professionals** to join their Deira-based team. **Position Summary**
- **Job Title:** Sales & Marketing Executive
- **Location:** Al-Rigga, Deira – Dubai
- **Industry:** Travel & Tourism (DMC Portal)
- **Company:** HFT Tourism LLC (High Fly Trip)
- **Work Type:** Full-time, Permanent
- **Work Mode:** On-site
- **Working Days:** Monday to Friday
- **Salary:** AED 2,500 – AED 3,000/month
- **Visa:** Must hold a valid Dubai working visa (6 months minimum). Company will consider sponsorship based on performance.
**Role Responsibilities**
1. Sales and Marketing (B2B & B2C)
- Sell travel solutions and DMC portal access to direct clients and corporate partners
- Handle outbound calls, inquiries, and daily lead follow-ups
- Negotiate prices, explain services, and close deals
- Achieve sales targets monthly
- Present solutions clearly to clients
Includes:
- Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable packages
- Delivering presentations and demos professionally
- Tracking leads and updating status regularly
2. Client Relations & Support
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively
- Ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process
Includes:
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Regular client engagement and follow-ups
- Collecting feedback and implementing improvements
3. Travel Industry Knowledge
- Understand market trends, travel destinations, and visa processes
- Stay updated with competitors and pricing shifts
- Provide package customization when needed
Includes:
- Advising on travel routes and offers
- Knowledge of DMC tech and booking platforms
- Awareness of travel insurance, visa rules, and hotel bookings
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Must have **valid Dubai work visa (6+ months)**
- **0.6 to 1 year** experience in travel sales preferred (B2B/B2C)
- Freshers may apply if confident and well-spoken
- Proficient in **English and Hindi**
- Own vehicle (bike/car) is **required**
- Must be presentable and able to meet deadlines
**Skills Required**
- Strong **sales and negotiation** ability
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Basic understanding of travel systems and CRM
- Fast learner with multitasking capability
- Time management and organization
