A well-established **Signboard, Printing & Advertising company** in Dubai is hiring a **Social Media & Marketing Executive**. This is a **full-time**, hands-on role for someone experienced in content creation, digital campaigns, and on-ground marketing coordination. The company specializes in indoor/outdoor signage, exhibition booths, and branding solutions — and is expanding rapidly in Sharjah.
**Start Date:** Immediate **Salary:** AED 2,000 – 3,000/month **Location:** Office no 6, Satwa B Building, near Talal Market, Dubai **Employment Type:** Full-Time
Role Overview
This position involves **daily content creation**, video production, promotional planning, and running digital ads. You’ll manage the company’s **online presence across platforms** like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Google — while also working with store and warehouse teams to align marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Daily posting on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
- Filming and editing product, repair, and customer videos
- Tracking and following content trends
- Engaging with users and responding to comments
- Creating platform-specific Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
2. Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan and coordinate offers with sales/warehouse
- Design flyers, banners, and visuals (Canva/Adobe)
- Promote discounts and events online
- Schedule marketing pushes for seasons or product launches
- Ensure alignment between online promos and in-store activity
3. Digital Advertising & SEO
- Set up and manage Google Ads and paid social promotions
- Optimize website content and product listings
- Use SEO basics to improve visibility
- Monitor ad performance and adjust for better ROI
- Maintain website updates and ensure accurate listings
4. Brand Presence & Content Quality
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms
- Collect customer permission and post social proof (photos/videos)
- Highlight real-time store activity and interactions
- Keep the tone professional yet approachable
- Build trust and recognition through quality content
5. Performance Tracking
- Analyze engagement and traffic across platforms
- Identify content that performs well and replicate
- Adapt strategy based on insights and feedback
- Report progress and suggest improvements
- Keep testing new formats and timing for better results
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in **social media marketing**
- Skilled in TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads
- Ability to **film, edit, and post content** regularly
- Knowledge of **Canva, Adobe tools**, or basic design apps
- Familiar with **Google Ads**, online promotions, and SEO basics
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi (preferred)
- Self-driven and able to work independently
