**Job Overview: Scaffolder (CISRS Level 1 & 2)**

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding as per site requirements
• Interpret drawings and follow safety protocols
• Inspect scaffolding components for safety compliance
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams
• Maintain cleanliness and structure integrity during use

Subroles

• **Level 1**: Basic erection under supervision
• **Level 2**: Independent work and team coordination
• **Site Operations**: Assist other departments as needed

**Requirements**

**Mandatory Criteria**

• Currently residing in Qatar
• Minimum 3 years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas
• Valid **CISRS Level 1 or 2 certification**
• **NOC** available and ready to transfer sponsorship
• Can join immediately

Sub-requirements

• **Medical fitness** to work at heights
• **Familiarity with site safety standards**
• **Basic English communication** for instructions
